Dutch designs on jack-up duo

Dutch outfit OOS Energy is to build two new jack-up vessels for a range of services, including offshore wind project installation.

The self-propelled, dynamically-positioned jack-ups will be capable of working in water depths of up to 80 metres, the company said.
