Subsea UK has highlighted the ‘huge opportunity’ for subsea companies to play a role helping to meet renewable energy targets.

At an event chaired by Subsea UK chief executive Neil Gordon, speakers active in the offshore oil and gas industry described growing opportunities in offshore wind.

The event included speakers from Siem Offshore Contractors, Ecosse Subsea Systems, DeepOcean, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and James Fisher Marine Services, who discussed synergies between the subsea and offshore renewable industries, shared lessons learned, and examined the role that offshore renewables will play in the future energy mix.,subsea-event-highlights-huge-opportunities-in-offshore-wind_49251.htm
