When real-life experiences spark action, meaningful change follows. That’s exactly how NatureHeal – Empowering Women’s Workforce Reintegration through Biophilic Learning came to life. And now, with funding support from Erasmus+ (Project No: 2025-1-ES01-KA210-ADU-000360953), it’s ready to grow.
Shaped by the joint commitment of NAYAD (Spain), NOVI (Türkiye), and Creative Station (Serbia), the project is designed for women aged 30–65 recovering from cancer who face emotional, physical, or social barriers to returning to work.
By weaving nature into the learning process, NatureHeal offers more than training—it opens space for resilience, confidence, and new beginnings. The biophilic curriculum will help educators guide women in rediscovering their strengths through outdoor activities, soft skills, and workplace readiness.
This isn’t just another project. It’s a path back to purpose, connection, and self-belief.
