Northern Long-Eared Bat becomes a Federally Listed Threatened Species. On April 2, 2015 the USFWS provided their Final Rule listing the species as Federally Threatened. In the same Rule, the USFWS published an Interim 4(d) Rule providing guidance on allowances for certain land-use and forestry activities. Kerr Environmental Services is the first consultant to successfully negotiate a wetland permit in Virginia dealing with this new protected Species. Please call (757) 963-2008 for more info.
